Overview

These terms govern use of LORE, a software service for business owners to request reviews, manage referrals, connect social accounts, and operate reputation workflows.

Accounts

Users are responsible for keeping login credentials secure, entering accurate business information, and using LORE only for lawful business purposes.

Customer communications

Users are responsible for having appropriate permission to contact customers by email or SMS and for complying with applicable marketing, privacy, and communications laws.

Reviews and social content

Users control the content they send, collect, approve, and publish. LORE does not guarantee review placement, review removal, social-platform approval, or referral conversion.

Billing

The LORE Base plan is $79/month after the standard 30-day free trial unless a different written promotion applies. Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe.

Service providers

LORE relies on hosting, payment, email, SMS, and social-platform providers. Availability of third-party integrations may change based on those providers' rules and API access.
