What is LORE?

LORE is a review and referral manager for business owners. It tracks completed work, sends review requests, monitors reviews, drafts dispute letters, and follows referrals from introduction to booked work.

Send a review request

  1. Add the completed job under Jobs.
  2. Open Requests and select the customer.
  3. Choose SMS, email, or both.
  4. Pick Google, Yelp, or Facebook and generate the request.

Handle a suspicious review

  1. Open Reviews.
  2. Click Flag and draft dispute.
  3. Edit the Google dispute letter.
  4. Track submitted, pending, approved, or denied.

Track referrals

  1. Open Referrals and log who referred the new lead.
  2. Track pending, contacted, converted, or lost.
  3. Mark thank-you sent after conversion.

Billing and trial

LORE supports a $79/month base plan with a standard 30-day trial. Pilot customers can receive an extended trial during onboarding.

What is next?

Phase 2 should add Google Business Profile API review import, production auth, live Telnyx sending, SMTP delivery, and Stripe checkout activation.
